| 内容記述 | Biginning at 02 : 06 27th October, 1989, swarm arthquake occurred in the Pacific Ocean off Sanriku-kaigan, Iwate Perfecture, northern Japan. According to the JMA, an eathquake of the maximum magnitude (7.1) occurred in 143°4.07’ E, 39°50.0' N, with a focal depth of 0 m at 03 : 25 : 34.8 November 1989. Some earthquakes of the swarm earthquake were observed on the ground surface and under the ground at the strong-motion obsevatory site of Akita University, Akita City, nothern Japan. We discussed spectral ratio between on the ground surface and under the ground, and using some attenuation formulas for peak velocity we compared them with peak velocities of a few earthquakes. | |||||||||
