| 内容記述 | 本研究では，移行支援において活用される移行アセスメントについて紹介し，今後の日本における活用に向けての検討を行うことを目的とした。移行アセスメントは，障害のある生徒の卒業後の進路に関する有意義な目標を作成するために活用され，大学等の高等教育機関への進学，就労・雇用への移行，社会生活など，学校から社会への移行を支える指針となるものである。本稿では，日本における今後の活用に向けての考察を行った。 | |||||||||||||

Transition assessments are utilized to create meaningful goals for post-graduation pathways for students with disabilities and serve as guidelines to support the transition from school to society, including entry into higher education institutions such as universities, transition to work and employment, and social life.
