Data of 185 deliveries, in which 18 students (in cohorts 1-6, excluding cohort 2) assisted, was collected from students’ reports and analyzed. The collected information included number of deliveries, facilities for practical training, primipara or multipara, time of birth, mode of delivery, induction of labor, delivery situation (age of parturient women, gestational weeks, interval for delivery, birth weight, Apgar Scores, bleeding and obstetric complications), practice hours, number of suspended deliveries. Several data (including age of parturient women, gestational weeks, interval for delivery, birth weight, Apgar Score and amount of bleeding) were compared among facilities for practical training. From the results, the average number of deliveries in which each student assisted, was 10.3, and 89.2％ of deliveries were spontaneous. The deliveries occurred during daytime (from 09 : 00 to 17 : 00) in 52.9％, and during nighttime (from 00 : 00 to 09 : 00) in 25.4％. 51.9％ of deliveries were accompanied by complications. Abnormal bleeding (more than 500 ml) occurred in as high as 30.8％ of deliveries.
