 note = {脳血管障害による身体機能障害をもつ高齢者のライフスタイル再編成の過程を明らかにすることを目的に, 60才以上の脳血管障害患者16名を対象に半構成的面接法によるインタビューを行った. インタビュー結果は, Glaser のGrounded Theory Approach における継続的比較分析法を参考にし, 質的帰納的分析を行った. 脳血管障害による身体機能障害をもつ高齢者のライフスタイル再編成の過程には, [生きた心地がしない] [身動きがとれない] [運命に任せるしかない] [支えられて生きていく] [人のお世話になる] [障害と共に生きていく] [希望を探求する] [自分らしさを取り戻す] [自分の生きる道を自分で決める] のコンセプトがあり, これらは{疾患や障害をもったことを確認する過程} {他者との関係性を構成する過程} {新たな価値観を得て再編成していく過程} {意志決定していく過程} に分類された. この過程におけるコアカテゴリーとして【自己決定】があり, 患者は葛藤や不安を抱きながらも, 様々な局面で自己決定を繰り返し, ライフスタイルを再編成していた., With the aim of elucidating the lifestyle restructuring processes of elderly persons with physical disabilities due to cerebrovascular disorder we interviewed 16 cerebrovascular disorder patients 60 years of age or over by the semi-structured interview method. We performed a qualitative inductive analysis of the results of the interviews based on the constant comparative analysis method of Glaser’s grounded theory approach. The concepts “I don’t feel I’m alive,” “I am immobile,” “All I can do is leave things to fate,” “I will be living with support,” “I am indebted to others” “I will be living with my disability,” “I will look for hope,” “I will get back my own identity,” and “I will decide how I am going to live myself” were present in the lifestyle restructuring processes of the elderly persons with physical function disabilities due to cerebrovascular disorder, and these were classified into “processes that confirm having a disease and disability,” “processes that form relationships with others,” “processes that acquire new values and restructure lifestyle,” and “decision-making processes.” “Self determination” is the core category in these processes and despite experiencing conflicts and anxiety, the patients repeatedly made self-determinations in a variety of situations and reconstructed their lifestyles.},
