Although original descriptions about the Corpenican theory in “Ten-tyuu-ki” are very important, this fact has not been pointed out clearly until now. We therefore focus on descriptions about the Corpenican theory in “Ten-tyuu-ki”, and examine the important idea of Nobuhiro Sato by comparing with other astronomical documents. Moreover, the similarity is pointed out between Nobuhiro Sato’s idea and vortex theory of Descartes.
