As light pollution can realize to understand the wasteful expenditure of energy resources, it plays a central role for the awareness campaign. Moreover light pollution is also interesting from a viewpoint of regional improvement, because a night view of beautiful starry sky or a night scene of city is regard as the resource of the tourist attractions. The first step for the awareness campaign about light pollution is to develop a equipment with the feature that the degree of light pollution can be measured easily. For this purpose, we develop the “starlit sky camera” of the fixed mount type, and create the light pollution teaching materials.
