The questionnaire investigation and the assertion training sessions, focused on an assertive attitude and those focused on assertive behavior were separately conducted with two groups of students who commuted to the adaptation classes. From the questionnaire investigation, it was clarified that only an assertive attitude had an influence on the decrease of stress reaction. On the other hand, both the tendency to take an assertive attitude and the tendency to take assertive behavior had a positive effect on the degree of friendship satisfaction and self-esteem. In addition, from the qualitative data of the interview investigation, “discovery of the rights and means of self-expression” and “awareness and affirmative to difference among individuals” were found as factors which affected the decrease of stress reaction.}, pages = {1--7}, title = {アサーティブな態度に着目したアサーション・トレーニングの実践-適応指導教室に通う中学生を対象として-}, volume = {68}, year = {2013} }
