In general, techniques of science writing and science café planning ability are instructed in graduate school of science, and are assumed to be necessary for postgraduate students and researchers. These techniques, however, have enough generality, and it is possible and meaningful to take in the essential parts of these into the introductory education for college freshman. In this paper, we report on an educational practice that incorporates these techniques into the introductory education for college freshman as a suitable style.
