 note = {本論文では，学校組織や教師文化校内授業研究に関する先行研究を概観するとともに，小学校，中学校，高等学校における管理職や研究主任等を対象とした質問紙調査を行うことを通して，校内授業研究の現状と課題を探索した校種によって校内授業研究の実施形態や一人あたりの授業時数が大きく異なること，教師個々の自己研讃が重んじられる高等学校と比べ，小学校や中学校では組織的・協働的に取り組む文化が形成されていること等を明らかにした．, The purpose of this article is to review the research on school organization and teachers’ culture, lesson study, to clarify the present condition and problems on the base of questionnaire to school readers in elementary school, junior high school, and high school. The analysis of the results revealed the following findings. (1) A frequency and method, class of lesson study is varies with the kind of school. (2) There is organizational and collaborative culture to make progress lesson study in elementary school and junior high school, in comparison with high school which respects self study.},
