SCは,担任を含めた生徒や母親との面接,担任や関係者へのコンサルテーションを繰り返したSCとチームを組んだ担任の努力により,この生徒に関心を示す教員が増えていき,それに伴って生徒と母親をめぐる語りは欠損記述から彼ら自身の努力を示す語りへと変化していった.教員の生徒をめぐる語りの変化に伴い,中学校での不登校生徒に対する関わり方にも変化が見られるようになった.生徒の登校行動は,最後まで悪化と改善を繰り返したが,最終的には「学校を利用する」という新たな語りの中で生徒への支援が続けられた. 考察では,SCと担任が発信した生徒と母親に関する新たな語りが,「関心コミュニティ」の形成を促進したことが指摘された.さらに関心コミュニティが生徒と母親に関する語りにとどまらない変化を生み出したことが指摘された. こうした変化は,我々の理解を一定の方向に導き制約するという語りの持つ潜在的な力によるものであると考えられた.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"This paper examines the “Narrative Practices” applied to a case concerning a student at a junior high school. His teacher assumes that causes of the troubles such as domestic violence and so forth the student made can be resulted from his mother and her discipline to her son. The school counselor conducted some counseling to the student, his mother, and his teacher, and some consultations with the teacher and the related people. Since then the number of teachers who pay close attention to the student has increased. Along with that, his teacher’s narrative about the student has changed from how his mother cannot treat him right to what he and his mother have done to make things better. This change brought the teachers new perspectives about the other students who stopped going to school. Although there have been ups and downs about the boy’s behaviors at school, finally this new and effective idea, “Using School” was developed. In Discussion the author points out that the new idea, ‘‘Using School” might have created “Community in Concern”. The author also points out that the “Community in Concern” brought constant changes in the narrative.
