The principal of this school adopted in-service teacher training in the school using the workshop type method by the collaboration between teachers. And he had promoted the improvement of the in-service teacher training aiming at student’s improvement of scholastic attainments. It reports on the result of training for teacher’s competency of lesson management and student’s improvement of scholastic attainments based on the practice in fiscal year 2010. It is reported that it functioned as the following are effective. The first is in-service training in school’s aim: It improves to the target in tended for the instruction of teacher’s competency of lesson management. The second is in-service training in school’s system: System of in-service teacher training in school including the teachers’ meeting etc. to obtain the common understanding between teachers. It is clarified that the in-service training in school of the workshop type that the tag paper used is effective from the result of the questionnaire survey.
