| 内容記述 | 昨今の教員養成では、教職志望学生の実践的指導力を育むべく、教職志望学生が教育現場に関わる教育実習や学校ボランティア等を拡充し、4年間にわたり段階的に設定する傾向がある。本研究では、教職志望学生の成長・発達を捉える視点として「成長期」を提案するとともに、教育実習の各段階に実施した5回の質問紙調査をもとに、教育実践経験を通した教職志望学生の変容過程を分析した。その結果、教職志望学生が学校訪問や教育実習経験を積むことによって、教職への志向性や理想の教師像、成長観が変容していく過程とその内容を明らかにした。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent pre-teacher education,the concern with student's teaching ability has bee growing.As a result,the chance increase that teacher trainee student takes part in various school activities.For instance,the practice teaching and the school volunteer,etc.tend to be expanded,and to set it gradually for four years.In this study,I would like to propose"teacher trainee student's perspectives on their own growth " as a point of view to research on teacher trainee student's growth and development.Moreover,I obvious their transition process on the base of fifth times questionnaire to teacher trainee student.As a result,it is clarified the process that teacher trainee student's a wish to the teacher,the teacher image of the ideal,perspectives on their own growth is transform through gradual practice teaching. | |||||||||
