| 内容記述 | 2009年度、秋田県では秋田大学が中心となって免許状更新講習を開設し、他の大学等がその講習に参加・協力する形をとった。秋田大学では県教育委員会と連携し、受講対象者の数、教科別の数等の推計に基づきながら、講習を開設した。必修科目については6回開催し、1回につき、2クラスまで、また1クラスが80人以下となるようにした。ワークショップやグループ討議などの受講者参加型の講習を可能にするためである。選択科目については、受講者数に比して数多くの科目が開設され、少人数のものが多く見られた。受講者のアンケートの結果から、受講者の更新講習への満足度は非常に高かった。事前には、すぐに役立つものを求める声が高かったが、受講後には、大学における講習の特性を理解し、現場の実践をより広い視点から考えることができたとの声が見られた。講習担当者は、受講者のレベルの違い、意欲の違いにとまどったようである。全体として、免許更新制やそれに伴う講習のその意味や負担の大きさに対して、受講者も講習担当者も疑問を持ちつつ、更新制ではない形での、大学における現職教員の研修機会については、肯定的にとらえられていた。今後、更新制の近年中の廃止が予定される中ではあるが、将来に向けて慎重な検討が求められる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2009,Akita university established the courses for teachers' license renewal in Akita prefecture.The other universities and college cooperated with us in providing them.In cooperation with Akita prefectual board education,we decided the number and kind of the courses on the estimate of the candidates.The conpulsory courses were held 6 times a year,and each time was up to 2 class.The capacity of one class was set to be 80 for providing participational courses including workshops,group discussions and so on.The elective courses were so many for the number of the candidates,therefore most of them were so small size.As for the questionnaire to the paticipants it was made clear that they were so satisfied with the corses.Before taking the courses,they expected more useful and practical ones.But they said that they realized the value of the theoritical,critical and broader point of view.Many lectueres were perplexed by the difference of the level and volition between the participants.On the whole the lecturers and the participants commonly objected to the renewal system and their own heavy burden,nevertheless they admitted the value of the courses provided by universities.From now on,a careful examination is be necessary for the future,while the recent abolition of the renewal system is scheduled. | |||||||||
