| 内容記述 | 江戸時代後期の秋田県の庶民が記した『夜籠雑談噺』は、当時の庶民の暮らしぶりや自然観が見て取れる貴重な史料である。とりわけこの中には太陽・月・惑星の距離・大きさに関する天文数値と地球に昼夜がある理由に関する挿絵が記載されており、大変興味深い。本研究ではこれらの天文数値・挿絵がどのような由来を持っているかを、当時の天文学書に記載されている数値・図と比較することで検討を加えた。その結果、天文数値については江戸時代中期の書物『和蘭天説』に依存していることが判明した。また挿絵については、江戸時代初期の書物『天経或問』に影響を受けている可能性があることが分かった。これらの結果を踏まえて、江戸期の秋田県地域における庶民の自然観についての考察をおこなった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | “Yogomori Zatsudan Banashi” that was recorded by a common people in Akita Prefecture of the late Edo Period is a valuable historical material, because it brings us perspectives about people’s lifestyle and nature-views at that time. As it contains astronomical numerical values concerning distances and sizes of the sun, the moon, and the planet, and an illustration concerning the mechanism of day and night, it is very interesting. In this paper, we investigate the origin of these astronomical numerical values and illustration by comparing those described in astronomy books at that time. As a result, it turns out that the astronomical numerical values stem from “Waran Tensetsu” in the middle of Edo period. On the other hand, the illustration is affected from “Tenkei Wakumon” in the beginning of Edo period. From these results, Edo period common people’s nature-views in Akita Prefecture region are considered. | |||||||||
