The practice, that is so called "Sozo-Kobo-Jisshu" or Monozukuri education, is recently renewed up with some new idea in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Some remarks of educational viabilities on the practice have been deduced and shown. Especially remaking a miniature in different size from the basic reference one is an excellent strategic method. The method inspires students to have their solutions for the faced problems in the course of resizing products. In general, the quality of industrial products is sensitive depending upon their materials, dimension and cost. Besides the above dependency, expected solutions exist numerously and spread widely. Then, students' original solutions will be expected as creative ones. The practical trials of resizing miniatures should be installed into the curriculum. The first merit of the practice is provoking students to solve the problem with their created idea. The second merit is easy illustration of the practice. The students will be able to understand quickly what work they have. The third merit is their adaptability for the planning under various educational circumstances. Reports by the students show their impression in detail with their approval for the class.}, pages = {29--36}, title = {授業の実践から探るものづくり教育の条件}, volume = {31}, year = {2010} }
