However, it became apparent that they still had issues in a method of the grasp of a life. In addition, in the\ndiscussion of“rights to sport”as the basis for an“ideal sport policy”, the limitation became evident from the perspective\nof“sport as a media”, not“a movement”.\nFurthermore, in the arguments over the“comprehensive community sport club”, the necessity of asking about a\n“top-down approach”and“the facts of the policy subject”was pointed out.
