It becomes obvious as problem on industrial safety and health. A quantitative analysis on the stress and fatigue by scientific data is very useful. In this paper, the results of quantitative analysis focused on total working hours with quantitative indexes of HRV (heart rate variability) used on evaluation in autonomic function are discussed. VDT workers group with longer total working hours has different HRV and CVrri (Coefficient of variation of R-R interval) than one of control group.
