 note = {デイケア施設に通所している統合失調症者の日常生活上のニーズを調査し, 中間施設入所者と在宅生活者による違いを中心に検討した. 今回の調査結果は, 統合失調症者の多様なニーズのうちの一部分であるかもしれないが, ｢家族に急用ができたり, 家族が体調を崩したりした時に短期間宿泊できる場｣｢スポーツやゲームなどの娯楽を楽しめる場｣の質問項目で施設群と在宅群で, 主観的なニーズに違いが示された. また, 特にカテゴリー｢精神的安定｣と｢日常生活活動｣, ｢精神的安定｣と｢健康・治療｣の間で, 施設群に有意な相関関係が認められたが, 在宅群では相関関係が認められず, その相関係数に開きがあった. 住環境の違いによるニーズの違いがある可能性が示された.
これらの結果から, 作業療法士として統合失調症者の社会復帰に参画していくにあたり, それぞれの環境の違いを考慮し, 地域生活の支援の在り方を考え実践していくことが必要と考えられた.
\nThe influence of the residence environment on living needs for schizophrenic outpatients
The purpose of this survey was to clarify the influence of the residence environment on the living
needs of schizophrenic outpatients.
63 outpatients were interviewed by questionnaire and the following results were obtained :
The living at home group needed the following more than the transitional facilities group :
・A place which could accommodate them when their families were away from home.
・A place where they could participate in sports and recreational activities.
These findings showed a difference in living needs between those living at home and those living in
transitional facilities.
It is suggested that data on living needs should be available for community lifestyle support.},
