The exercise of the handicapped person’s abilities through the various activities, the improvement of skills in handling human relationships and acquisition of role activities through interchange with other handicapped persons and local residents, and the opportunities offered for handicapped and non-handicapped members of the community to get to know and understand each other, brought results such as the improvement of life skills and skills in handling human relationships.
