{"created":"2023-07-25T10:22:17.038063+00:00","id":1600,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bbefbe27-116a-4345-b6ee-f686dcd9c4e2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1600","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1600"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:air.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001600","sets":["611:612:613:871"]},"author_link":["5772","5771","5770","5773"],"item_10002_alternative_title_34":{"attribute_name":"別タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Assessment of nurses on occipital cold compress"}]},"item_10002_biblio_info_36":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2009-04-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"40","bibliographicPageStart":"31","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"17","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"秋田大学医学部保健学科紀要"}]}]},"item_10002_description_29":{"attribute_name":"内容記述（抄録）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護師が後頭部冷罨法を実施する際のアセスメントの実態, とくに実施目的, 方法, 実施後の評価等を明らかにすることを目的に, 看護師25名(経験年数9.8±9.7年, 小児科を除く) を対象に半構成の面接調査を行った.\nその結果, 最近後頭部冷罨法を実施した際に使用した用具は氷枕11名(44.0％), アイスパック製品14名(56.0％)であった. 実施目的では, ｢解熱｣が主な目的であった看護師は７名, 患者の｢安楽｣を主な目的とした看護師は18名であった. 氷枕等を後頭部に貼用しただけでは体温に大きな影響はないと言われているが, 目的に｢解熱｣を挙げる看護師が存在するという現状が明らかとなった. また安楽を目的とした場合, 同一勤務帯において冷罨法用具の交換など実施後の評価を行わない看護師が多いことが明らかとなった(P＜0.05). また普段から原因不明の微熱がある患者やいつも希望してくる患者の場合も実施後の評価が行われていなかったことから, 後頭部冷罨法は場合によっては習慣化されやすく, 観察等の評価が行われにくい看護技術となる可能性があることが示唆された.\n\\n\nThe purpose of this study was to clarify the assessment of nurses regarding the relationship between the purpose and the outcome of applying occipital cold compress. The assessment was carried out viainterview and responses obtained from 25 nurses (9.8±9.71 years experience).\n44.0％ of nurses used ice pillows and 56.0％ ice packs for occipital cold compress. 7 nurses reported the purpose of occipital cold compress as “alleviation of fever”, and 18 as “comfort”. When the purpose was “comfort”, it was clear that many nurses did not carry out post-evaluation in the same duty as changing the compress etc. (P＜0.05).
