| 内容記述 | In 1998-2000 years, teacher training course capacity at the teacher training colleges was reduced by 5000 people, and they were about 10000 people. New courses expanded in this process, and came to occupy 40% of the whole. 7 colleges were changed to the new name ones. This change occurred by the fiscal restructuring mainly caused by the decrease in birthrate and teacher employment. But, the expansion of the new courses has the danger which it makes worse with the possibility to solve the problem for teacher training colleges. This paper aims at considering the change which occurred in the teacher training colleges through the reduction of 5000 people with the quantitative and qualitative , side, and getting the suggestion of the refom method with the future. |
