@article{oai:air.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001488, author = {熊澤, 由美子 and KUMAZAWA, Yumiko}, issue = {2}, journal = {秋田大学医学部保健学科紀要}, month = {Oct}, note = {近年, 保健師看護師統合カリキュラムを採用する看護系大学の増加や実習施設を取り巻く環境の変化により, 実習 の運営は年々厳しくなってきている. 地域看護学実習のうち, 家庭訪問は, 個人や家族, 集団, 地域の健康課題を生活や社会環境と関連づけて学ぶ基本 的な実習項目として位置づけ, 体験できるように進めてきた. 今回, 平成19年度の地域看護学実習における状況と家 庭訪問記録シートの記録の記述を訪問種別ごとに意味内容を整理してみた. その結果, 学生は対象と出会う前に, 今 までの生活や実習体験を基に家庭訪問をイメージし, 実際の場面での違いに驚き, 受け入れて, 対象の特性にあった 援助を模索しようとしていた. また指導保健師をモデル的存在として保健師の役割と機能について学び, グループ間 で深めようとしていた. だが, 保健師が行う家庭訪問の機能を1回の同行訪問で全て学ぶことは困難さが伴う. 実習 記録シートの記述から得られた家庭訪問の学びの過程と内容は, 今後, 個人やグループ間での学びを進めていく上で の基礎資料となった. In recent years, administration of practical training becomes more difficult year on year due to the increase in numbers of training institutes adopting an integrated curriculum for nurses and community health workers and changes in the environment for practical training facilities. In community health nursing practice the experience of being able to learn through the home visit about the health challenges of individuals and families, organisations, and the local region and how they relate to lifestyle and social environment has become a basic part of practical training. On this occasion, the content and home visit record sheet descriptions for the practical nursing training in the region in 2007 were organised by semantic content according to visit category. Before the students met the subjects, they were able to form an image of the home visit based on their conventional lifestyle and practical training so far, and their surprise at the differences encountered in the real situation would allow them to recognise and seek to offer appropriate support for the subject s particular characteristics. We were also going to learn about the role and function of a community health worker with the lead worker as a model and reinforce this learning in the groups. However the characteristic format of the home visit, in which all the students go together on one visit, made this difficult.
