The proof examination test was carried out on the evaluation by the occupancy rate by alpha wave of brain wave following it this time. In this paper, the result of evaluating two kinds of welfare technomachine for health care at home such as an electric wheelchair and a ceiling travel lifter by the occupancy rate of alpha wave in making four old people to be examinee was reported, and the authors also discussed the mental conditions of four subjects. The subjects were four older adults without signficiant disease in Takanosumachi (66-79 years). By dividing the proof examination test into three stages, the evaluation of the welfare equipments carried out it. The first stage was the time for near I minute which started the welfare equipments, the second stage was the actuation of the welfare equipments, and the third stage was the time for I minute after it stopped the equipment. The order of increasing of the occupancy rate of alpha wave by the different stages was as follows: Stage2 < Stage3 < Stage!.
