We investigated 16 cases with children ranging from 12-17 years of age. The instruments were the\nself-efficacy scale and the diabetes self-care behaviors scale. The main results were as follws. The selfefficacy\nscale increased after the camp. The self-efficacy scale bore no relation to sex, grade at scool, period of\ncamp partricipation,and HbA1c level. These was no significant change to the diabetes self-care behaviors scale\nbefore and after the camp.
