 note = {The support activity for handicapped persons who live at own homes is important for
their lives. The development of support activity in the community varies among the
different prefectures all over Japan. Akita prefecture is backward in the social support
for handicapped persons. There are a few support activity groups in Akita prefecture.
In this paper, I accounted for the condition of each group, and emphasized the
cooperation of these groups.
地域における障害者への支援活動は,多くの課題を抱えつつも,多くの意義を有して
いる｡一方,支援活動については後進県と言わざるを得ない地方でも,いくつかの活動が始
まりつつある｡本論では,秋田県の地域における障害者への支援活動の実態を明らかにする｡
そして,それらの活動の今後について,特に連携の必要性という点から言及する｡},
