The network\nhas about one hundred and twenty members now. It is constituted by the members who have a\nvariety of position, such as teachers of a school for childs with mental retardation, staffs of institutions\nfor persons with disabilities, persons with disailities, their families. The main activities of the network\nare workshop, lecture meeting, and trip.\nIn this paper, I reviewed the history of the network. The meanings of the network were considered.\nAs a meaning of the network, the possibility to enlarge two way support among members in community\nwas stressed.
