The linearity in 2 e -sin' ¢\ndiagram was confirmed for X-ray diffraction from the grinded surfaces of metal and ceramics.\nThe residual stresses in the ceramics and metal sides of brazed joint samples indicated the\ncharacteristic distributions each other.
