| 内容記述 | In-situ dynamic observations of surface phenomena using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) are performed. One of the example is as for the homoepitaxy and reconstructions on the heating Si (Ill) substrate. The growths of the 7x7 reconstruction and the 5x2 reconstruction due to gold deposition are observed in the atomic scale. The other observation is for the surface modification in the atomic scale on the molybdenum-disulfide (MoS,). The individual atom on the surface is subtracted by the atomic manipulation using field evaporation phenomenon. | |||||||||
