CCRCのまちなか展開の可能性と課題 ―「クロッセ秋田」の事例から― A Study on the first CCRC “CROSSE AKITA” in Akita-City 臼木, 智昭 USUKI, Tomoaki 伊藤, 慎一 ITO, Shinichi open access CCRC Central Area in Akita-City Creating Revitalization Regional Community This paper is a study on the first CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) ”CROSSE AKITA” in Akita-City as an example. 　　First, we survey papers of CCRC in Japan, and analyzed impact to community. In addition, we research expectations for CCRC based on the report by Akita Prefectural Government, and we estimate effects of the “CROSSE AKITA” that impacts to central area of Akita-City. 　　As a result, it became clear that CCRC impacts to community and regional economy.
