秋田民謡についての覚書 : 音階構造を中心にして The notes on the Folk Songs in Akita : about the structure of the scales 桂, 博章 KATSURA, Hiroaki 秋田民謡 音階構造 This thesis is intended to clarify the general features of the scales of the Folk Songs in Akita, using the theory of the tetrachords of Japanese traditional music proposed by Koizumi. In consequence of examining 320 notations, 4 conclusions as follows were brought out. 1) Most of all the Folk Songs in Akita are based on the Minyo (民謡) tetrachord, and Miyakobushi (都節) tetrachord are rarely used.
