Barrie and the First World War: A Study of Echoes of the War (1918) 大西, 洋一 ONISHI, Yoichi open access James Matthew Barrie the First World War war plays Der Tag Echoes of the War This essay is an attempt to read the war plays of James Matthew Barrie, with a special emphasis on one-act plays collected in the book called Echoes of the War (1918), which have not attracted sufficient critical attention so far.
