健康と戦争と歩合算：緑表紙と水色表紙、そして、白表紙における割合 Health, War and Ratio 森川, 幾太郎 MORIKAWA, Ikutaro open access 戦争と平和 食糧 身体計測 病気 平均余命 子どもの身体計測や食糧確保も含めて健康管理に関わる事柄は緑表紙（第四期国定教科書）で取り上げて以来、1950年代に発刊された教科書にいたるまで割合学習の重要な柱であった。しかし、その扱いは時代の波を大きく受けることになった。本稿では、この分野の扱いが時代の波にどう翻弄されたのかを社会状況や公衆衛生に関する諸データを添えて、報告する。 Public health including growth of physical data to children was set as one topic in arithmetic for 6th graders after 1939 in the period that Japan attacked China by force. At first, we guess the reasons why the editorial members of the fourth state arithmetic textbook published in 1939 set the topic as following; ・Physical values of 6th graders or young men aged 20 increased smoothly year by year till 1927. But their changing stagnated or decreased during the last year's of 1920. ・The average life expectancy in Japan was very short to the European contries or USA at every life stage. This meant that the circumstance of the public health including the supply of food was very poor compared to the European countries or USA. We guess that the editors desired strongly to improve the circumstance to the health as soon as rapidly. So, they would pick up the some annual or monthly data on patient or the dead person to the tuberculosis or several infectious disease designeated law. And then they demanded to calculate the death rate to the patients on each disease. And then, we could guess another aim to the subject; The governmental expectation at those days was to young men being strong soldiers.
