          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">秋田県内のある公立中学校において開催した10回の校内授業研修会の持ち方について,意識調査を行っている.『従来型』の教科等学校訪問や要請訪問時の研修会,『ワークシップ形式』の研修会,『子どもの学び』に焦点化した研修会の3つのタイプ別の研修会を実施し,その研修効果を分析している.その結果,「教科における授業力や指導内容を磨くこと」を目的にすれば従来型,「教科の枠を越え授業の進め方(課題提示・発問・板書・評価など)についての力量形成」を目的にすればワークショップ型,「子どもの学びに着目し,子どもの学習から授業実践に改善」を目的とすれば学び型が適していると先生方は感じていると指摘している.</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">The present paper reports on the reaction that the participants reported regarding the effectiveness of an intramural professional development program , which was run for ten sessions at a public junior high school in Akita prefecture. The program was divided into three types:conventional , workshop , and learning-centered. Results of the analysis indicated that each of the three different types was deemed to be appropriate for different purposes. The conventional type of session , which was based on the observation by subject specialists with subsequent discussion , was reported being suitable for the purpose of improving the teaching skills and contents , workshop was regarded being appropriate for developing a general teaching skill that is required irrespective of subjects (e.9.,presentation , question asking,the use of blackboard , assessment , etc.), and the learning-centered was taken to be relevant for the purpose of improving an instructional skill which is aligned with the students' learning process.</datacite:description>
