Therefore, it is necessary to enhance career education at special support schools. This study reports on efforts to improve career education in special support school. As an improvement effort, job analysis and task analysis which are the technique of the vocational rehabilitation were carried out, and the job content which had been carried out until now was rearranged. In addition, the classroom environment for career education was improved by reorganizing and establishing new jobs. These improvement efforts were considered to encourage the assessment of individual students\u0027 disability characteristics and the implementation of guidance based on the assessment results.
